After returning to Madison, he received a Paralegal certificate from Madison College. James joined Nicholson Goetz & Otis, S.C., in the summer of 2012 as a paralegal.
Jocelyn joined Nicholson Goetz & Otis, S.C., in the summer of 2020 upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. There, she received her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. During her undergraduate years, she had the opportunity to study at Sciences Po Aix - a Grande cole of political studies in Aix-en-Provence, France which helped her to earn a certificate in French through the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Nathan Otis was absolutely amazing. My case was strange and he walked me through it every step of the way. One of their attorneys (paisley hoffman) is trying to prevent a CHILD MOLESTER from going to jail. any firm that would employ a monster who wants another monster to roam free, deserves the worst review possible. How are your clients supposed to feel safe when a 15 year old girl who was MOLESTED by one of your clients can’t even feel safe in her own bed. not only that, but she has an average of .75 stars OUT OF 5. Idk about you but i wouldn’t want an incompetent attorney representing my law firm.

Without even going into details about the blatant mistakes that were made at sentencing and are on the record, the staff for Jessa are extremely unprofessional, rude, and not people you want to have to talk to. Even when a case is under active appeal years later and you are seeking important evidence, and have basic questions about what happened to the evidence that you personally handed to Jessa (it might be destroyed, it might not? Who knows? They don’t!), Jessa’s staff are unhelpful, unprofessional, and will even say offensive remarks when they feel personally offended (no class at all)
