Everything about Kids Dental Specialty is great. The staff is resourceful and kind. Not to mention the Drs & nurses... amazing! They know what they're doing and with my daughter with anxiety and having a horrible experience at a previous office, everyone knows how to talk to children. They are kind, firm, and knowledgeable. I also love their support dogs!

Receptionist was rude, as soon as I walked in, I got no greeting. All she said was "go wash your hands in there" pointing to the bathroom. Other than that the dentist was really nice and they have tv for the kids while they're able to clean their teeth. It was my 1st visit there. We'll go back for treatment, but customer service goes a long way. Hopefully the front desk can do better next time.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to this establishment!! From the girls in the front desk to the dentist and the anesthesiologist every single one of those ladies is so welcoming and professional! My kids are always treated with such kindness and as a mother that had traumatic dental experiences this means so much to me. We just had a procedure done on my daughter and I couldn’t be more please with the whole experience. Please don’t let any bad reviews discourage you from them. You and your kids are in great hands.

I like this place because my Son doesn't get afraid like in other dentist. Also the staff members are very polite and professional. The place is very organized and clean. The doctor it's very good and makes my son feel secure and he never complains about pains. We love the pets environment that they give so the experience is more comfortable.

The staff at Kids Dental Specialty are wonderful. I’ve taken my boys there since they were very little. They are teenagers now. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly, kind. One of my boys has autism and he feels safe and welcomed there. I’m so sad because he’s almost 18 and we’ll be leaving them soon. I feel blessed to have found these kind, warm-hearted professionals to take care of my boys’ dental health.

Wish I had this dentist like this when I was little! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kids Dental Specialty. As a mother I was very nervous taking my children to the dentist because I had bad experiences when I was a child. When we found out my daughter had a cavity, I immediately started looking for a dentist that specialized with children and I was recommended to go to Kids Dental Specialty. It was the best decision I ever made. We've been coming here for their regular check ups and any work they need done for the past 2 years. My daughter is more prone to cavities than my son

Excellent staff. If I could I would leave 10 stars. Every visit I am greeted with friendly and helpful staff. They are awesome at reminding you of your appointments as well. The dentist are so patient and kind. They actually take their time and comfort my daughter while working on her because she was so nervous. Super clean, super nice, and overall will definitely recommend to family and friends.

A little late on my review, but this business deserves all these 5 star reviews. I am extremely grateful for the amazing team here at Kids Dental Specialty. I was having issues with my daughter's insurance and they offered a great membership plan. My sweet Emma was comfortable and felt safe after having to get two teeth extracted without any tears. Dr Tran and her staff are sweet, gentle, and make children feel safe. They also provide a service dog to better comfort the children. It was the sweetest thing ever! Again, thank you all so much.

I'm a first time mom and I brought my 2 year old daughter here not knowing what to expect and I am beyond happy I found this office. They took my insurance information over the phone when I made my appointment, I showed up 10 minutes early just in case, filled out some forms and that was it. They took my daughter and I back within 5 minutes of us arriving and the appointment went great. They were so patient with my daughter and took time to answer any questions I had, I'm really happy with the service and the people.

They made up an excuse and said I could no longer take my daughter there because I "no showed" which I called in a few minutes before her appt and said we couldn't make it because my daughter had just puked. Sorry I have no control over what time she will end up sick. The truth is they got upset because I asked if I can schedule with Dr Tran instead of with the Dr they had scheduled my daughter with (don't remember her name) They rudely told me that Dr Tran is no longer seeing "Medical Patients" lol what a joke! what a way to make

This office has a policy where they only place amalgam filling (metal fillings) into the mouths of children that is known to cause cancer, health problems, and reproductive harm
There should be prop 65 warnings posted in the office, each treatment room, and parents should be notified. I can not believe a pediatric dentist would willing place such material into innocent childrens mouths when there are safer alternatives available like composite (white fills)
please look into Prop 65 before deciding to do treatment here.
Also in order to place amalgam healthy tooth structure needs to be removed

Everything about kids Dental Specialty with Dr. Tran and her team was perfect! Very friendly , courteous and professional staff. I called for an urgent appointment my daughter was seen the next day and only waited minutes in the waiting room . During Covid-19 , Dr. Tran and her team provide my family and I cleanliness and made sure we felt safe and comfortable .

This is our third time here and my kids love it!
With covid19 I was a bit worried in coming in but they are very serious, the lobby is closed, you have to wait outside until they call you in, luckily for us it was very fast, we didn't wait at all,
we came in, asked to fill out a form for any symptoms, completed it and was asked to go wash our hands once that was done we were taken to a room and the dentist began with my daughter then my son, it was a pretty fast in & out visit both the dentist and assistant were very good with my kids.

Hands down best kids dentist I've been too. They were AMAIZING with my kids. All 3 ladies that worked on them were GREAT. They made sure we were safe and clean the whole visit. It was just amazing. They made me a same day visit for both my kids to be seen at the same time. Im excited for our second visit.

I visited Kids Dental Specialty not long ago with my son for his first ever dental appointment and i was extremely satisfied with the experience. From the moment i walked in i noticed the front office has an organized layout and is beautifully decorated . They have games for the kids to play and coffee for the adults in the lobby . The girls at the front counter where very pleasant and courteous , they got me and my son situated quick i only waited 5-10 mins . Don't come here. I feel racially profiled and won't ever bring my kids back again. My 4 boys had to wait nearly 3 hours while you guys seen about 20 other patients in and out in the same time frame. Meanwhile the kids are missing valuable time away from school. The customer service I received didn't help the process.
