I help motivate, educate and inspire other busy women and moms who struggle with finding time, energy and motivation for fitness and taking care of themselves. I give women the tools to be successful in their health and wellness goals. For the last 20 years, I have been in the demanding, corporate world as an accounting manager.

I believe that when people are eating well and really understand food that every aspect their life changes for the better.
My first recommendation above anything is to eat whole, clean foods for any dietary needs. I do believe in a good, high quality supplement depending on your needs and to accelerate results depending on your goals. There are so many supplement products out there and it can very overwhelming and intimidating.
