Their Banfield Wellness Plan is a total scam. Front desk lady tells me its $35 a month and can cancel at anytime and now Im being charged $60 a month along with being locked into an annual subscription. Beware, these people are only in it for the money and being dishonest.

I fail to understand how the wellness plan works or how paying $90 per month makes sense. When you have a true emergency and they state that they can’t see your pet - appointments are so far down the line it’s impossible. If you are understaffed or I’ll equipped to handle emergencies then plans should be according to maintenance and nothing more. I’m so disappointed that no one bothers to even answer a phone call. Looking for alternatives for my 2 puppies because this place is unreliable.

After over ten years of having multiple pets on Wellness plans for my animals I canceled my plans today for both my cats. All of the vets I have worked with for years are gone and my oldest cat is throwing up after every meal and they said they couldn’t get me in for a drop off appointment for a week. I have paid thousands of dollars of fees for the plan over the years and more for services. It was okay when they had enough staff, but it is completely ridiculous to pay for a plan to take care of my fur babies when they are under staffed.

I brought in a stray cat that I had been planning on adopting for a full physical. They told me she was fine, just had some fleas and if she shows signs of heat, to come back to get spayed. I made an appointment to get her spayed and halfway through the day, I get a call from the vet telling me that after they had opened up my cat, they realized she was a he and had already been neutered. Now, the incision site has been infected for two weeks, and they will not let us talk to the chief of staff about the lack of care we were showed and the pure negligence they showed. They will not let us out of

Always in good hands when I bring my furry friend in for her visit. Everyone is polite and professional. Mu pet and I are valued guests as soon as we walk in the door. I have one of the Optimum Wellness Plans and it has been one of the best investments by far saving money and helping keeping my pet on track with good health. Keep up the good work team!

Brought my 10 year old dog in for an ear infection. She first showed signs of a swollen eye, sensitive ears and loss of balance. All signs of an inner ear infection. Mind you a week prior, we were running miles together and very active. Vet Emanuel prescribed her antibiotics. I saw a major decline in her health as we started the antibiotics. She could barely pick her head up. She stopped eating and drinking. I’d take her out to use the bathroom and she could barely stand on her own. She looked as if she was dying. On the 3rd day (of the antibiotics), I looked up the side effects of the drug.
