Overall I’m pleased with their boarding services. I was not pleased when I got charged double for dropping off and picking up on a Sunday. I found out it was their policy to charge for a full day for each partial of a Sunday. I dropped off and picked up at 800 AM and had to pay for two days. Not the best way to retain customers

I have taken my dog to another vet for 7 years! She got sick over the weekend and the on call vet at the other place never answered. Well Dr. Paczosa diagnosed a heart condition that the other vet failed to find or tell me about in 7 years!! He treated her and found the root of the problem when all the other vet ever told me was "she has a UTI"… over and over again! Then when the other vet failed to hand over her medical history, Dr. Paczosa stepped in and did what was in his hands to find the cause of the problem without her medical history! We recently kenneled our dogs at Redstone. They arrived at 3 pm on Friday and we picked them up at 8 am on Sunday. They charged us for 3 days of kenneling. This is less than 48 hours of time. They didn't inform us of the 3 day charge. The receptionist was more than unfriendly when we called back to ask about the charges. She blatantly lied saying she had already talked to my spouse when she had not spoken to either of us. Our dogs didn't even get walked or fed before we picked them up on Sunday. We will not be taking our dogs back to them.
