Ms. Bartels has no ability to listen and do what's best for her clients.I literally had to ask her 3 times to figure out what group she was signing my husband up for. When I finally got it out of her, he was blindsided. She suggested that a person with horrible anxiety shouldn't take meds during therapy. Got to listen to all her family drama, that had nothing to do with our situation. Poor advice and scare tactics are her M.O. Don't walk, run from her!!!!
