We hired Jeremy / D-5 construction to address the issues caused by the winter storm earlier this year:
1. Completely replacing the roof in the garage, and
2. Remove old bathroom vanity and install a new one.
The communication throughout the process was great; I was never left wondering what the next steps were or worry about work being performed that wasn't covered by insurance. It's so refreshing to find a contractor who knows how to communicate both through email and text messages.
I am also pleased with the work itself. The garage looks great. Not only did D-5 replace the ceiling, but took

We hired Jeremy and his crew to make the attic above our garage more useable and less treacherous to walk around in (there were wires everywhere and very few places to walk, even though the builder had included a pull down ladder in the garage to access the space). My husband and I are very pleased with how it turned out and the quality of the work, grateful for the extra storage space. Jeremy and his crew are friendly, polite, and respectful. Even swept up the sawdust afterwards. We look forward to more projects with D-5 Construction in the near future!

Due to terrible hail storms over the past two years Jeremy has replaced my roof twice! He came to the house the day after both storms the next day! He personally made some quick repairs to prevent any further damage and to protect the interior of the house. His estimates were very accurate and I really liked that they worked with the HOA and the insurance company.
They scheduled the work to fit our schedule and it was finished on time.

We had some unused/wasted space available upstairs that we wanted to convert to attic space and add a door. Jeremy and his team responded to our request very promptly and had an estimate for us the same day. A few days later, he began the project and completed the job in 2 days! We are extremely happy with the job that was done, and we are excited to have the extra storage space available to us. We would definitely recommend D-5 Construction for whatever it is you might need. They will be our go-to source for future construction needs.

I had recently sought out a company that could replace our homes roof as well as a few other items around the house. Jeremy was my main contact, I also worked with Robert and Juan. All were awesome on all accounts. It’s so great that they can do so much variations of work within a single company thus saving me time and money.
