I graduated from the University of Alberta Dental Hygiene program in 1994. Pushing the pause button on my hygiene career, I had a wonderful opportunity to live in Sydney Australia from 1999-2006 where I completed a Masters in Health Science at the University of Sydney.
I returned to dental hygiene in 2006 where I have successfully been treating individuals with a comprehensive physiological approach utilizing my knowledge in Orofacial Myology and Sleep Disordered Breathing.I am a mother to Annabella (14) and Jake (11). We pride ourselves on keeping active with competitive swimming, ski/snowboarding, golfing and are camping enthusiasts.

The best way to ensure proper dental health is through regular checkups and dental hygiene. We normally recommend check-up and hygiene every 6 months, although this recommendation may change depending on various conditions. For example, patients with gum disease may require dental hygiene every 3-4 months.

No appointment is necessary when you have a dental emergency; we are open weekdays, evenings and weekends. Our office strives to offer minimal wait times to ensure that you receive the care you need, as soon as possible. If you have a dental emergency, we recommend treatment as soon as possible. Injuries or conditions that seem minor may degrade the living tissue inside the teeth and cause permanent damage.
