Went in for an oil change. Came out with an estimate for $3400 on a car I bought for $2000. I drove it a few miles up the road and broke down totally. A mechanic was on the road behind me. He looked under the hood & checked fluids. I was informed the reason the car dropped dead suddenly in the middle of the road was that there was not a drop of oil or antifreeze in it. They had come highly recommended but by someone I had never met. After breaking down I attempted contacting them & they never took another call from my number. Everest was an overall great experience.. they took me very next morning after calling and lady at front desk was extremely generous both over the phone and in person.. had my tire plugged after last shop I went to could not even find where the leak was coming from.. Everest found a nail in the tread right away after they did the soap test and also provided a print out of all the other maintenance and repairs needed along with honest prices for parts and labor.. they were small things on my vehicle that I can perform on my own bt with any other vehicle issues or maintenance needed I will for sure

Went in for an oil change; the mechanic found a few issues I was unaware of and I was happy to have them fixed! I was sent photos and an estimate in a timely fashion. My car feels great now and I have peace of mind. The work was finished faster than I expected. It was nice to have my car back a day earlier than I thought I would. Reasonably priced. Will go back for my next service.

Everest Auto Repair is a breath of fresh air as far as auto repair shops go. They are honest, upfront about costs, and they do excellent, same day work. They even give you inspection details with pictures of any damage when possible. This kind of service is virtually unheard of in the industry. Since I found Everest Auto, I never have to worry about being lied to and ripped off when my car needs work, ever again. Since I'm within 10 miles, they even provide me an Uber ride back home when dropping off my car and a ride back to pick it up. It doesn't get any better than that! Wow.

I had a Tire that lost air. NOBODY could take me Except Everest. They said COME NOW! Jordan very promptly checked it out thoroughly and fully inflated it. NO CHARGE for a half hour’s work. They are my Car Repair place now, without the slightest doubt!

I had a tire problem and an AC problem. I had pep boys check it out and after two days I called them and they said it needs everything for $2400. I said no way and paid the $60 inspection fee. They never even looked at the tire for my 2009 Odyssey. I tried Everest and they inspected everything. The AC repairs totaled only about 700 bucks! They also found 2 nails in my side wall and replaced the bad tire which should have been quite obvious to Pep boys. I trust Everest.

I must say, I had the most pleasant experience I have ever had in my life with a repair service. Both Kelly and Travis were so nice, informative and knowledgeable of what would rectify my vehicle problems, plus they were so kind and understanding when they realized that I was six hours away from home how important it was for me to feel safe driving back to North Carolina. I wish they were closer to NC for I know they would have at least one customer (me) forever. I thank them both from the bottom of my heart.

Used to be a good place, but recently they scheduled me for a repair, then told me to come back another day when I came in at the arraigned time. They did offer me a ride home, which I took, but when you take time out of your week to get something done, you expect to do it at the arranged time.

More importantly, they severely overcharged for two parts that were marked up quite a bit from their actual value. When I brought up how much these things were worth, they apologized saying, "yeah, we dislike having to mark up parts, but if we don't then the labor has to be more expensive."

This Place is dishonest. My partner and I took our 2006 and 2007 MINIs in for a simple multi point inspection to see if there were any major issues. Well on his they claimed he needs new tie rods which they are fine the rods just have some normal oxidation on it, yet they claim they cannot do an alignment because of. In addition to this the rear has a broken camber adjuster which is actually right. However his AC NEEDED a new condenser which we opted to have fixed by my mechanic( a friend) who has worked on German cars for years. Very upfront and honest about what is needed, and what is less critical. Brought car in on a Saturday, said they wouldn't have it ready until Tuesday. These people did me wrong! On Tuesday afternoon (Jan. 28, 2020); I brought my car into Everest to have them take a look at my car for 2 things: my yellow check-engine light was on and to take a look at my heating system. At the time I dropped my car off, it was running well with no problems that would prevent me from driving the car - I drove into and from work that day with no issues. Upon getting my car back, I was told that there were major problems with my alternator and to look for issues with the battery charging - as a car novice, I didn't interpret this to mean that the car was

Was having car problems and called this place looking for immediate service. I had another place that was available but Everest had such good reviews on Yelp so I decided to go with them instead. When I didn't hear from them at about 3pm, I called to check on the pick up time. I was disappointed to find out that my car hadn't been repaired and they weren't sure when they get to it. I told her I needed the car repaired today as they promised. They told me they to come get car. So unprofessional.

They were so willing to work with my time frame, and really went out of their way to help me with an oil change when they were busy. Great customer service and friendly staff!

I took my Honda Pilot in for an unknown ignition issue, yet they clearly and honestly communicated their findings throughout the appointment. They even did more than asked- they fixed a very lose nut on my tire.. free of charge. I was one happy camper leaving here, and I highly recommend their services!!

I live outside of Boston but my son goes to University of Delaware. His car was having issues on the drive back to school after Thanksgiving. We ended up using Everest Auto Repair based on some reviews I'd read. The reviews were spot on! They did what needed to be done to fix the car at a very affordable price. They mentioned some other possible issues but were up front about the need for immediate repairs (there wasn't a need) and why they felt we could hold off on those items for now. I have been to Everest twice for repairs on my car, including work on my tires and air conditioning. The times I have been there the staff has been nothing but kind and accommodating, even making me a fresh pot of coffee! I have not have had any issues with the work they did on my car and it was quick and extremely affordable! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a auto shop in the area (or even not in the area because they are worth a drive).

This was easily the best auto repair service I have ever received! They were quick, efficient, honest, polite and thorough! I am a college student and this is the first time I had to get my car fixed w/o my parents guidance. That being said I was endlessly thankful to have kind people there to talk me through what they were doing and my battery was replaced within an hour! Not to mention the front of my bumper had been knocked off and they fixed it without me even mentioning it to them. Couldn't be better! They explain things in human terms, get done quickly, don't upsell, communicate well and are right next to campus. If you're a student definitely come here and skip the junk on main Street. We don't even live I. Newark anymore but still bring our cars to Everest!

I've taken my 2007 Mini Cooper and 2003 Honda Accord to Everest a total of 3 times over the past 6 months - A/C issue, clutch issue (Accord), and heating issue (Mini). I also had oil changes done there. When they noticed a couple of burnt-out light bulbs, they asked if I wanted them changed (at a price of $5 and $3 - a very fair price in my book). In all cases I was very pleased with the service, the fair price, and the excellent communication. It is now my "go-to" shop for my cars.

I needed to replace my tires and they gave me a reasonable quote. 125/tire, and this includes labor. My car also often produces a terrible smell when the car stalls. They checked it for me, and said it would cost $300 but since it's not hazardous, they didn't press me to do it; instead just asked me to lower my windows or to just switch off the A/c when my car is running.

This place is pretty great. I just took my car here to have an alignment done and can say I'll definitely be going back. The receptionist was very nice and got everything started right away. The techs were very friendly and knowledgeable and the didn't want to rip anybody off.
