My 1994 pick-up truck with a completely new rebuild engine and no rust on this vehicle off and on does not start but turns over.. I had the recommended shop accept from AAA towed there...they instructed me that it might be a long evaluation and that I would have to pay for all the time taken to diagnose the problem because it may take some time...they. Indicated that maybe my vehicle was not worth the money that it may take to diagnose it... well I again had it taken to another shop that limited the diagnostic time to a flat rate limited time... this indicated to me that to have a limited ability

I went there to see if I needed a 4 wheel alignment. They said it would take about an hour. I went to go get lunch and shortly after I started eating, they called and said it was fine, not out of alignment and I could pick it up. They could have easily just have kept it the whole time, said it was fixed and charged me, but did not. What they did is a perfect way to conduct business and build trust. There are so many negative connotations associated with mechanics that it is hard to know who to trust but by doing this, they have my trust for any future issues with my cars I might have. Way

I ran over a parking cement block with my 2018 Honda Accord and bend the thin metal shield under my car in the terrible rain storm/tornado warning from hurricane Ida that passed through Delaware on 9/1. The metal shield was bend down dragging on the road! My son and I got soaking wet in the storm trying to push it back up to no avail. I was going to attempt to drive it home but it could have caused a spark. Call AAA and they recommended Fox Auto as one of their approved repair shops.

I am chiming in after checking reviews and hoping they'd have improved. Idk why honest mechanics that do the right thing is like a unicorn? I feel so bad for the folks with horrible experiences so I wanted 2 offer up mine in case it helps you.

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS CORRUPT FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! I would give negative stars if I could. My car stalled on I-95 on my way from Florida to New Jersey. I called AAA who towed me to these crooks. My car was not starting or idling. After well over three hours, they called me to test drive the car which they got to start but run very poorly and still stalled several times. I just called for a question, and they said No to changing spark plugs and wires, a oil change and pulling a steering wheel making noise when it turns all the way around ? Why No?
He said it's not in our wheelhouse! I appreciate the honesty, but what good repair shop can't do spark plugs and a steering wheel pull, to see what the noise is, on a full-size Ford van? This shop has time for big websites and cartoon animation on their web page, but no time to fix regular American automotive repairs! I guess they just don't wanna be bothered? It shows me they don't have master staff

Just had another great experience with Fox Run and tires. Our family has 4 cars ranging from 2006 to 2019 and we ONLY use Fox Run to service them. Yes, even the 2019! My daughter recently needed 4 tires and she could have gone to a big box store to purchase them however who's installing them? A certified mechanic who has a trained eye to view other mechanical items while doing a tire install? I don't think so!

This company did me wrong. He towed my car about 9:15 to the dealership. Evidently, he dropped my car on the wrong side of the service dept. The driver never checked-in with honda to say he was dropping it off. My car was mia all day long. Honda didn't know where the car was, and Fox Run Auto had a voicemail on. Five hrs later I was ready to call the police and report it stolen. Never again will I call these people for anything!!!

Stay far far away from this horrible dangerous car repair center. We were a victim of these careless and negligent people on Memorial Day weekend when a tire blew out and their AAA tow truck picked us up on 95. Instead of bringing us to any number of closer tire shops, he drove us way out to this place, which told us they could put two tires on the car and align the front end quickly. We waited over six hours, being told every couple of hours on a very quiet Friday that our car would be ready shortly, then around noon they told us, car is on the lift, the alignment will be done after lunch

Man, this shop has really gone downhill. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would have. Fox Run Auto used to be the place to go in the Bear area to get honest and dependable service. We made an appointment nearly a week in advance to have the CHECK ENGINE message on our vehicle diagnosed. Brought it in first thing Monday morning.
