Services
LIS began in 1993 as a group of construction industry professionals (many former county employees) who were tired of the corporate structures of the big firms. LIS finished completion of its Alva headquarters in 2006. Since then, they've weathered the recession and developed their service portfolio to accommodate a more diverse client base.
Depending on the project, we offer an hourly rate, a price per square foot, or a flat rate. We do our best to anticipate all costs up front, so there are few surprises. Progress and Final bills will include costs for blueprints, copies, reimbursable expenses, messengers, and outside services. Each project is quoted individually, so please contact us for a quote.
