Coupled with an extensive local supplier network, we can generally achieve very short lead times for your prototype components. KLE has shipped over 500 pneumatic press systems to CMs, OEMs and R&D facilities around the world since 2011. The majority of these systems continue in-use to this day. We have produced presses ranging from less than 0.5lb to well over 1,000lbs. The majority of our presses are utilized for the application of PSA - Pressure Sensitive Adhesives - which require controlled pressure for a specified duration in order to achieve proper adhesion.
