I called to get information on an available unit however the office was closed and I had to leave a voicemail. Courtney returned my call at 3pm like I asked and was so friendly and professional even though I found another place to rent, she was very kind and courteous. I recommend Cudahy Commons! I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience I've had living at Cudahy Commons. The staff and managament have been professional, accomodating and attentive to all my needs while residing here. Penny has been exceptional to work with, I've never had such a wonderful experience with a property manager. Thank you Penny for all you do!!! The neighbors have been awesome and it really felt like "home." Thank you Cudahy Commons, it's been a wonderful stay and I would absoulutely recommend to all my friends and family.

Maintenance fees, sewer fees, water fees , garbage fees, when I start leaving here 2 years ago rent was 895, now they want to charge 1,262 , this apartment don’t worth this amount of money. After Shane the maintenance guy leave , this place it’s going down the hill , pool was close since I move in , only used 1 time , fitness center was a joke , security cameras on premises don’t work , my car was damaged by some kids playing around in the parking lot and no one can pay for the damages, the only thing good in this place it’s the office staff, they do whatever they can.

I use to like it when I first moved here but now I regret moving here! Don’t MOVE HERE!! Not worth the headache in the long run. Penny and Courtney has a very nonchalant attitude about problems tenants bring to them. Like what’s the point of them being in the office if they can’t help their tenants out?!?! They never want to take accountability. They trying to charge extra for rent for these apartments than they actually are worth. The refrigerator went out on Friday so we contacted the office right away. Courtney say she called maintenance, we haven’t heard anything back until Sunday.

Very misguiding establishment and unprofessional - their explanations are mostly a run-around fabrication to get more money. The maintenance fee's are tacked on alongside rent, and the maintenance they perform here is amateur (very poorly done) and the outdoor maintenance is disruptive and with no notice - they recently raised rent as well, when in reality these units are worth 300-400$ below what they are asking.
A very low percentage of the money that all these units accumulate is going towards the actual property. Stay. Away. From. This. Place.

Don’t rent here!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
I moved here a few months back and it has been nothing but nightmares!
For starters: Upon touring the property, the elderly property manager Penny had no clue what she was doing. I was promised by a leasing consultant that I could view the apartment that I applied for ($200 application fee). Penny showed me a 2 bedroom that I mentioned I might be interested in. I had to ask several times to see the unit I was applying for. Even then she was confused on where it was or when it was available. Remember, I already applied for the unit!

New company bought this property and it seems to be going in a good direction. They are available during the hours posted and if there are maintenance issues, Shane the maintenance manager, comes right away and actually fixes it. No patch jobs. Staff is always nice. I hope they keep making these positive changes.

I’m not a resident. I wanted to be but unfortunately we were mislead and lied to and from there denied. Stopped answering phone calls, and got the run around. First impression was great and then turned sour the second we submitted applications. Very disappointed in the process.
Now we are out $200 after asking the questions prior to applying, now receiving different qualifications. Was told co signer had to make 2.5 x the rent alone, now we are told 5x after being denied. So there will be a formal complaint made as well. It wasn’t really fair what happened.

The witty young lady Penny, the property manager, was very efficient in responding to my interest for the 2 bedroom apartment. Approval process was fast and professional. The rooms are quite spacious, which is not what I expected. Apartments are really nice with all the amenities (washer/dryer stackable, dishwasher, garbage disposal, fitness center and community pool) Location is great, easy access to supermarket and restaurants (5min walk) and off street parking. Overall a lovely place to call home!
