Terrible experience just trying to see what they have available. Office always closed with no notice, just paper note on the door saying they are closed for entire weekend with appointments made! 4 residents walking by confirmed office is awful and advised against renting. Too bad because could be great! This is a prime opportunity for bear management to hire better, train better, take pride in your property.

The Mariner staff have provided me with amazing service since the start. Their emails are prompt and thorough. Once I was onsite, I was greeted by Kayleigh who was very nice and answered all of my questions. Rogerick was helpful over the phone and also fast in responding to my emails. Overall, their process here is very organized, straight forward, and convenient. They make you feel important and I know I will be a respected tenant while at The Mariner!

Utterly frustrated with unresponsive management.
Yes, the property is lovely (lake views, pool, gym). However we have had multiple issues with the poor structure of the building. Walls are paper thin so I don’t recommend living below a neighbor who will stomp around all day and leaves her dog barking morning until night. I also wouldn’t recommend living in a lower unit as your patio (yes the patio you pay for) will be flooded by your upstairs neighbor who for some reason can’t figure out how to rearrange her plants/water them and not our patio.

I love living here! So beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve had to submit one maintenance ticket and they arrived during the set time and helped me right away. They keep us up to date with any changes or construction through email and text so you don’t miss anything. My neighbors are very nice but not intrusive. It’s a quiet peaceful place to live!
