Attorney John McCarten Hilliard III was born and raised in Georgetown, South Carolina. After winning a National Merit Scholarship, he attended Wofford College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts and Philosophy degree. He then went on to attend the University of South Carolina, where he received his law degree.

I can honestly say, when I got my traffic ticket, I was dreading to even call a lawyer because I figured it would be a headache to get everything together for them. They made it absolutely painless. I was asked to assist a client with finding an attorney. I called Hilliard Law Firm to make an appointment for him. I must say they were attentive to his situation. The office staff was very pleasant and professional. They immediately stated working on his case and progress was made within a couple of hours. They are not ones who end their business day at 5pm.
