Kathy placed our mobile home on the market and a few days later she was calling to let me know that we had an offer close to our asking price.

Kathy Gordon is a true professional...She priced my lake property perfectly and worked along side me every step of the way. I had a couple of issues with my house that had to be ironed out in order to finally sell and Kathy was available 24/7 to discuss all my concerns. She was able to arrange for the appropriate engineer, code enforcer, and even carpenter and landscaper! She was so patient and reassuring during the whole process from listing it to the closing and selling a house during a pandemic is certainly no easy task! Nothing is too much to ask for Kathy....I give Kathy the highest recommendation
