Dr. Erica Heppe, chiropractor, mother of 2, from Spotsylvania, and back to serve the Fredericksburg, Virginia community. Dr. Heppe is a Spotsylvania, VA native and she is ecstatic to be back, serving her hometown. She is committed to providing thorough and effective chiropractic care for all ages and entire families.
Dr. Scott Heppe received his BA with honors from the University of Virginia. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree cum laude from Palmer West College of Chiropractic. Dr. Scott annually attends national conferences to further his education and stay abreast of new research to provide patients with the best evidence based care.
Dr. Scott and Dr. Erica have two little boys, their oldest was first adjusted at 4 days old and the youngest received his first adjustment the day of his birth. They use gentle, safe, and effective techniques for kids. Adjusting a child uses no more pressure then testing the firmness of a tomato. We use cranialsacral therapy which (CST) offers an effective and gentle way to make big changes in your little one.
ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. These can cause the body to produce dense scar tissue in the affected area. The scar tissue binds up and reduces the muscles ability to move freely.
