From the second I walked in the door the receptionist was extremely friendly-
When I was called and asked to go to the bag I was -graded buy the most friendliest welcoming staff they made me feel very comfortable and as everyone knows going to the dentist is not comfortable at all-
My cavity fell out and my tooth is cracked And chipped
With the holidays coming up besides my mouth being very uncomfortable it looked awful
Before I know it I was getting x-rays and my tooth bonded and taken

I wish I could give more then 5 starts. I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist. I was treated so well at this office. The staff was so professional they went over and above to make me feel comfortable. The office was very clean and all staff were following covid procedures. Dr. V was honest and compassionate. Was very nervous going into the office today but the staff made me feel amazing.. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I called on Monday and was given a appointment for the Wednesday this was so quick and easy thank you so much for your help and hospitality. I will recommend this offices to other ... Took my uncle as a first time patient. He's 71 and needed a new set of dentures. His appointment was at 1pm. Dentist was at lunch and didn't return until 1:30pm. Finally my uncle was taken back and sat again for 10 minutes. After that he was asked to get an X-ray. The X-ray machine wasn't working properly and they kept asking him to move this way and that way. He's 71 and can't stand and move like that. Horrible place. Horrible service. Won't be returning. Will be watching if they charge his insurance.

I went to Optima Dental yesterday to get a minor chip fixed in my front tooth. I had not been to a dentist in several years and I had a great experience. Every one I encountered was very nice and friendly! It turned out that I had a few cavities and they were able to fill them on the spot. There was no up selling of unnecessarily dental procedures. A straightforward honest dentist! I will be back!

Dr Viji is a great dentist . she not only good at dentistry but she, listens to you. I'm very nervous at the dentist. I've gotten panic attacks right in the dental chair, not at Optima. They help you feel… relax. Dr. Klementina the EFDA, is excellent. My front tooth was half missing and she fixed it, perfect. She does excellent work. She also makes you feel relax. I still can't believe I didn't have a panic attack. I'm happy I found a excellent Dentist Optima.
