Loved this office previously-- Our entire family were patients of Dr. Zucker for 10+ years. Unfortunately, he retired, and the new office is a disaster.
The dentists themselves are unhappy, and there is a revolving door as they join and quit. Staff is unhappy and have expressed their concerns to me. I gave this office a chance twice-- my cleaning was not done well and the dentist was very kind, but, as I stated previously, they do not stay here. Lastly, my insurance was not billed properly, and I was not made aware of this until OVER A YEAR had passed since our family's appointments. Because of
