My family held two wakes in the past 5 months at the chapel, and everything was handled well. John sensitively and efficiently coordinated arrangements. The instructions were clear. The chapel was pleasant. The prayer cards, and obit were done correctly. The military honors were scheduled for us. And most importantly, my parents looked peaceful and natural.
