ABC Foundations is a drug-free educational remediation center that offers services to children with learning and academic difficulties. Some children struggle with learning and academics due to delay at the brain stem level known as Neuro Developmental Delay (NDD). Our program is backed by years of neurological research and follows the natural order of child development.
As parents' partner with ABC Foundations to guide their children through the process, lives are transformed. She started with S/T, and P/T. Occupational was added a few months later. She had surgery for exotropia around 2 1/2 years old. She has stayed in therapies until about 2 years ago, but she does still receive speech at school.

ABC Foundations is a drug-free educational remediation center that offers services to children with learning and academic difficulties. ABC Foundations currently works with children from all over the United States and some overseas. Many of these children come with behavioral and/or learning difficulties.
Neuro Developmental Delay Therapy (NDD Therapy) is slow methodical movements that allow a child to work through their difficulties by recapturing earlier stages of development that may have been missed along the way. As kids progress through NDD therapy, some may need listening therapy to stimulate further development of the auditory system.
Please note that these "red flags" below are just that - "red flags". The only way to know for sure if your child has retained primitive reflexes and underdeveloped or absent postural reflexes is through a comprehensive assessment. Continued connection between hand & mouth which affects speech and articulation (child makes movement with mouth while writing or drawing).
ABC Foundations provides Auditory Processing Remediation through the use of a Listening Fitness program (LiFT). Children benefit from better learning, language, communication and motor skills. This Program also improves reading, attention span, balance and coordination, speech and social skills.
While some children show some auditory processing changes as they progress through NDD therapy, others may need listening therapy to stimulate further development of the auditory system.We chose the Listening Fitness Program (LiFT) because it is based on the developmental progress of the auditory system.
