Emanuel's Chapel Funeral Home Incorporated was founded in 1991 with the purpose of establishing social support for the living and bringing closure to families in need after the death of a loved one. Emanuel's Chapel focuses on high-quality customer service, long-term family/community relationships, diverse offerings, and continuous development of employees.
The management team is experienced in handling the bereaved with kindness and professionalism. The management team is led by Chief Executive Officer, Emanuel Jones, who founded the company over 25 years ago. Emanuel established his experience at an early age in funeral services by working with funeral home directors as a high school student.

My mother in law who is elderly, visited this funeral home and asked management about other patrons not wearing masks. The staff was rude to her and asked her to leave for no apparent reason other than inquiring about adhering to the safety guidelines put in place for the state of Illinois. While leaving she spoke to upper management or the owner and the owner never asked her to come back into the establishment. Which would have been the right thing to do. So apparently there's no responsibility to correct rude staff from management here.
