Prior to hiring Alliance real estate I was with All Island Estates. I broke the contract with them due to Matthew Shane, he was very unprofessional. Matthew kept pushing me to sell my building for a lower price. I put in writing twice and sent a letter informing All Island Estates I was terminating them from representing me on the sale of my building. One month later I received a call from Gary Chimeri he works for Alliance Realty. I told him I had put in writing a termination letter with All Island Estates a month prior and I wasn't sure I could sign with another realtor at that time. Gary informed
