I reported a theft by their care worker and no one ever called me back. I gave them 365 days to respond and the owner didn't bother to even respond. The police could not pursue it any further because they said they had no proof, but the care worker was the only one in my home for the three days before and after so it could not physically have been anyone else. The credit cards were all used within hours of her leaving my home. This agency is UNACCEPTABLE, DISMISSIVE, AND CRIMINAL.
