This was my first visit and it was exceptional! All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I never felt like I sat alone for too long, the appointment was well organized. The technology and equipment was very up to date, some machines I've never seen before. The office was very clean and staff followed good safety practices. Dr. Lark did an exceptional job explaining my condition and showing me how the physiology should work. I was able to ask questions and feel good about the course of treatment. Dr. Lark was very professional and personable. I really enjoyed the visit.

This was my first time to this dental office. The staff was kind and courteous. The office was clean and looked very nice. The hygienist was absolutely amazing and gave great education at the visit. The dentist was kind and easy to talk to. This is the best dental office I have been to, I have zero complaints.

If you want nicer whiter teeth and you can't have them she's going to tell you You can't have them because if you do your teeth are going to break off when you get older and you'll have no teeth but if you can have them she will make them brighter and whiter for you in any way she can!!!

Do NOT recommend. Experienced a very unprofessional and racist dental assistant. My care was compromised due to her concern about my race related to COVID-19. Was not given proper follow up instructions for my botox injection/TMD treatment because of this staff member. Brought up to management and requested not to be treated by her in future… visits. When I returned for my follow up, this staff member was STILL assigned to me. Another staff member pulled her aside to remove her from this uncomfortable situation, and I had to sit through the whole discussion. She was just "talked to" and

Dr. Chaban @ Oak Openings did a wonderful job and made everything quick and easy. She and her staff took the time to explain everything they were doing and the reasoning behind it, while also ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. As someone who has always hated going to the dentist - this was as good of an experience that I could have asked for.
