Rudest funerals directors I have ever meet. Who bothers a grieving family and tells them to hurry the line along because people are waiting? Who says “I don’t care if there are people still in line I am closing the doors at 11”? The way they talked to people waiting was rude. It was also the worst prepared body I have ever viewed, gray! Do not use them, awful
