Services
In 1996, Jolene Dalluhn and Debra Kamka met while working together at a local addiction treatment center. Both Dalluhn and Kamka are Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors who received their master's degrees in Counseling and Educational Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno. They discovered a shared dedication and true passion to serve the community and, in December of 2002, decided to embark on opening a small treatment center in Reno.
Are a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), offering peer services, case management, crisis intervention, Basic Skills Training, and Psycho-Social Rehabilitation. Provide services for mothers in recovery through our Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome Prevention Program. Distribute Narcan to clients, friends or family members of clients, and the community through outreach events and in the office.
Your first appointment will typically be an evaluation. This 1 to 2 hour interview helps us determine your specific needs and give you a treatment recommendation. If you do not have a phone number where you can be reached, you may come in to our offices to make an appointment in person. To maintain confidentiality of clients, we may not schedule evaluations through email.
While the adolescent is in treatment, families will be an integral part of the recovery process. Family counseling and other activities will provide families with the opportunity to practice new ways of relating to each other to promote change. Educational groups regarding addiction is also offered to family members.
During the summer months, the Food Bank of Northern Nevada and the Boys & Girls Club are providing free meals to kids and teens. View the information about this program here. The Parents Empowering Parents group has been offered at Quest Counseling and supported by member donations since 2014.

I've received psych services in Calif for 20+ years. I moved to Nevada in June, 2021. In July I spoke to crisis employee, due to severe depression & being g suicidal. Nov 3, 2021 I received an evaluation @ Quest. During my appointment I suffered a panic attack w/severe Depersonalization, Derealization disorder symptoms. 911 was called to assist me. Nov 8 & 9, 2021 I had additional panic attacks w/my
body shutting down again. Nov 10 I received an email stating my report was completed, but Quest would not offer me psych services. I am currently depressed & suicidal, but have no psych services to

Thanks Evan! I have come to realize trust is essential in every relationship, even in business. I trust the man, Evan, we have seen for years.
