In 1989, Attorney Wing left a partnership in a medium-sized law firm to establish this practice, where one attorney is responsible for each matter from start to finish. Lawyers who prepare with the expectation that a case will settle put their clients at a disadvantage. Complete preparation assures the best presentation of evidence at trial and increases the likelihood that the opposition will agree to a favorable settlement to avoid trial.

Jim was extremely knowledgeable and made time to speak with us to explain all the intricate issues. Jim gave us the information we needed and told us the step by step process. His assistant Jacki was kind, supportive and available to speak with each time I called. Attorney Wing helped me prove my son was eligible for special education and to negotiate for special pupil services.

Attorney Wing is a brilliant and caring lawyer. He has been so incredibly helpful and supportive in helping us navigate our legal matter. He truly cares about the well-being of his clients and takes the time to pay attention to detail. He clearly explains the processes of necessary steps in order to ensure the best outcome. He always makes sure every concern we have regarding our legal matter is addressed. He is easy to talk to, communicative, and truly everything one would look for in an attorney.

Mr. Wing helped me so much! He talked with me about my traffic issue and determined I did not even need his services. Nice to know good business people like Mr. Wing are out there not trying to just take your money, but genuinely help you! I’d definitely recommend him and will reach back out should I have a more serious issue in the future.

No integrity & ethic, Zero listening skills, Arrogant, Terrible, Unprepared & late to the hearing, Heartless, Careless, Unfocused conversation that would waste your resources & he would charge you his wandering & meaningless conversation. Dealing with this lawyer is about a business deal! He never returns phone calls. He never returns e-mails. He never files motions. Fired him!

Mr. Wing is an incredible attorney. He and his paralegal Karen helped me with something that many attorney’s told me couldn’t be done or it would cost me a fortune to get done. After talking to many attorneys I was feeling completely defeated and ready to except my circumstances as they were. Mr. Wing reached back out to me out of concern and worked with me to make arrangements so he could represent me and help protect my family. After 2 years of battling in and out of the court system, Mr. Wing and Karen were able to protect my future and get me access to my daughter. Whatever it might be

We had a difficult situation between two of our minor children. They each needed separate representation for a court appearance. Attorney Wing represented one child and he recommended a lawyer for the second child. The matter was resolved without seeing a judge and both children learned the hard way how to resolve conflict thanks to Attorney Wing's direct conversation with his client and the other child involved. It was a difficult situation that had the best possible outcome. Attorney Wing has a gift for talking to teens and helping them through difficult situations. I would recommend his legal

Horrible. Hired this man's "firm" to represent me in a simple divorce. His retainer was more than most and I had to borrow money from my grandmother who has cancer, but we paid gladly to have his experience on my side. Boy was I wrong. He doesn't return emails. His paralegal is rude and condescending at times. Major details of the case had to be gone over numerous times at my expense. Eventually he got sick for 3 months and in all that time I got one strange call from his cell phone asking me to email a different email. I had sent probably 10 emails asking for updates in that time and not one response

Attorney James Wing represented me in my divorce after 28 years of marriage. He worked tirelessly to get the settlement (assets, alimony configurations etc) to a point where my ex and I could agree to sign the settlement, thus avoiding Trial. Attorney Wing is compassionate, attentive and professional. Divorce is a protracted, emotional and financial process and if you want the best representation for your money,I suggest you call James C Wing, Jr.
