I was a dental provider for their clients. They wrote me 2 checks totaling $10k last year. They have only paid $4k of that money owned. Each time my staff calls to collect payment they are VERY RUDE. The wife of the owner began screaming on the phone to my Office Manager when asked about payment. They need to be SHUT DOWN because they do not handle their business matters appropriately.

We contacted on 12/18 for our special needs daughter with an authorization for an aide. Almost a month later and four phone calls - NOTHING. Can't return phone calls. HAS NO VOICE MAIL. OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T CARE - WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE.
Do not place your loved one's special needs care in this facility. They are horrible.
