Roxy began his career with Wiley Insurance Agency Inc. in 1992, as owner and principal. Roxy is responsible for the overall management of the agency and continues to service new accounts, many of which have been with the agency for 19 years.

Efficient. Helpful. Responsive. Courteous. Customer focused. Professional. These are some of the adjectives I use to describe Wiley Insurance Agency, its ownership and agents. Wiley has been my home owners insurance “go to” agency for more than ten years, presently covering multiple properties. I can not think of any situation (other than closing the business) that would cause me to look elsewhere for comparable services. When we moved here, we transferred all our insurance to Wiley Insurance Agency. Tabitha helped us work through it all, coordinating with the insurance companies involved to make sure we were covered completely at all times. Since then, we have needed her expertise a few times, and she has always been extremely courteous, responsive, and capable. We recommend Wiley Insurance with no reservations whatever.

I have had my home and auto insurance with Wiley Insurance for many years and they have always helped me find the best rates. You can just tell these folks have a genuine vested interest in taking care of their customers and they're very friendly and personable. So what's not to love?
