Our practice is limited to Elder Law. We concentrate on estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorship and guardianship, and long-term care (Medicaid) planning. Much of our practice is devoted to special needs trust planning and administration. We have been practicing in Tucson, Arizona, since 1984, when Tom Curti and Robert Fleming became partners.
We have created a library of Frequently Asked Questions that we believe will be helpful to individuals interested in topics related to Elder Law. While legal problems facing the elderly range across the full spectrum of the legal system, a handful of issues regularly recur. We have attempted to provide a narrative explanation in plain English for the most common legal concerns affecting seniors. Note that this information is very Arizona-specific; the answer may be different (sometimes radically different) in other states or jurisdictions.
In order to represent you, we need information about your circumstances and your legal concerns. We have developed a set of questionnaires to help us collect the information we need. The information you provide us is encrypted in the questionnaire, and transmitted to us securely. You can start the process, save your work and come back to add more information as you collect the details.
New clients pay an initial flat fee of $400 for most consultations. During our initial consultation, we will discuss the fee for any continuing representation. We usually charge hourly fees. Each staff member involved in a given matter keeps track of his or her time, and bills at a predetermined rate.

Fleming & Curti, PLC was very helpful as both legal counsel for our elderly Aunt's Trust and as Health Care Power of Attorney. Both Legal Counsel and Case Worker's were transparent and responsive to family inquiries.
The case workers, especially the primary case workers were caring and empathic towards our Aunt who was in a memory care unit. They were great advocates for our Aunt.

Elizabeth Fleming is not honest with my dad. My dad tried to find out about his finance, and make sure he know whereabouts for his money. Elizabeth always say NO to. my dad. My dad worked all his life. He deserved to be happy and do whatever he want with his money, it is not Elizabeth's money!!!!! Elizabeth is not professional because she said that she hate me. I am here to protect my dad's interest!! I even emailed to her and she never replied me. Please protect your elder parents!1. Elder people do not deserve to die unhappy!
