NOAH offers a full range of primary and preventative health services for all ages and stages of life. The work of Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) continues to transcend and impact the lives of over 40,000 community members. Your donation helps NOAH provide health care services including dental, behavioral health, medical, and health education programs for children and families.

Plus, your donation qualifies for the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit - meaning your donation of up to $400 for a single taxpayer or $800 for married filers may not cost you a dime. In 2008, my family and I relocated to the United States. Without health insurance and access to healthcare, we didn't know where to turn.
Services
From Scottsdale to Glendale NOAH serves the north Valley providing affordable, high-quality healthcare services. Serving over 40,000 neighbors, our model of care places patients' needs at the center of attention as we deliver comprehensive health services including medical, dental, behavioral health, nutrition, prenatal care, preventive health, eligibility assistance and health education programs.
Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) is a patient-centered medical home, providing a broad array of comprehensive services and programs for all people. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, NOAH provides accessible, affordable, and confidential care for individuals and families who have little or no access to basic health care.

NOAH has nine health center locations in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Glendale communities. Heuser Family Medicine is home to the HonorHealth Family Medicine Residency and Heuser Pediatric Dental is home to the NYU Langone Pediatric Dental Residency which provides a setting for residents to develop a practice that provides continuing comprehensive family and dental health care.
In an effort to provide the best care and resources for our patients, we are temporarily closing Cholla Health Center and relocating staff and supplies to other NOAH Locations and Telehealth Services. Welcome to NOAH Cholla Health Center, located on the Scottsdale Training & Rehabilitation Services (STARS) campus on the corner of Cholla Street and Via Linda.

Nice doctors, but so far every time I've been here it turns into a 2 hour visit. I do not like spending this much time waiting around

I went to NOAH looking for a therapist. My first appointment was a virtual appointment and was cancelled with out any notice. I wasn't informed until I called asking why I hadn't received any information on how to access the virtual meeting. During this call they informed it had been rescheduled (without checking my availability). Therapist was late 15mins to the second appointment, ended up calling me instead of being virtual. She lead me through the intake. Told me to bring up certain things with my therapist. Hung up without any follow up or information basically said "the end" and hung up.

I've never been to a doctor's office with nicer people. I've never felt more comfortable and safe at a doctor's office than I felt at NOAH. Thank you to everyone that works there
