Since its founding in 1974, the firm has carried the names of two of its original partners, Timothy Evans and Thomas Mullinix, both of whom still actively practice law and are well-known throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area and Northeastern Kansas.

Would also give zero stars if I could. They do not return calls or emails; we thought we had negotiated a payment plan for a debt, but they never sent the garnishment paperwork, never returned calls when we repeatedly asked for the garnishment paperwork, and then garnished wages over 25% gross income without notification or hearing, in violation of Kansas statute. Most unprofessional attorneys I have ever worked with.

Extremely rude staff, called with questions about a debt owed that I wasn’t aware of or served with. Had no idea I was even in debt. Danced around questions and then threatened to cut off the call because I was reasonably upset, so unprofessional. Offered zero solutions. And reading through some of the other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who feels this way.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have a debt that I want to take care of but I cant even get this company to call me back!!! Ive called every single day for several weeks and left messages every time. I've never received a statement or any type of communication about this issue. How hard is it to at least just tell me what I owe!!!
