BEWARE! After delivering and installing the machine, the individuals of this company are difficult to reach for technical support. They'll never answer your phone call directly, and want you to leave a message so they are selective in returning phone calls. We liked supporting an American company and a small business, but if this is after purchase support that was provided we would have never made the purchase. Companies like these have now made me cautious of dealing with small businesses that provide niche products such as this one. BEWARE!
