Services
As much as we love our pets, unfortunately there are times when we can't take them with us. Pet boarding at Gully Animal Hospital offers a safe, secure alternative to leaving them at home alone, or with friends or relatives who might not be able to keep an eye on them or not have professional training to act in case of an emergency.
Annual dental check-ups and preventative measures play an important role in good oral health. Gully Animal Hospital offers many dental procedures, including examination of teeth and gums, teeth cleaning, and extractions, which are performed under anesthesia for the safety and comfort of your pet. You will also get instruction on how to care for your pet's teeth at home to keep their teeth and gums healthy between check-ups and cleanings.
At Gully Animal Hospital, we identify and treat allergic conditions and diseases that can affect your pet's skin and ears. Early treatment is crucial for preventing conditions from worsening or even spreading to other pets, in addition to keeping your pet content and comfortable.

If you notice unusual shedding, your pet scratching or biting at its fur more often or other similar changes in behavior, or any lesions, contact Gully Animal Hospital for an appointment so our staff may evaluate your pet's condition.
In modern culture it seems like virtually everything has gone digital, and your pet's visit to Gully Animal Hospital is no exception! Ultrasound and digital radiography or "X-rays" not only produce better images obtained due to the immediate feedback that is received, but digital technology produces a much clearer, more detailed image.
Heartworm disease is a very serious and potentially fatal condition, especially in dogs. Heartworms can cause lasting damage to a dog's heart, lungs, and other organs. Annual testing and monthly preventative treatment is affordable and strongly recommended. There are several types of preventative treatment options to best suit your pet's needs.

Went because my old dog was wetting the bed in her sleep, without doing any urine tests they just said she was old and incontinent. she gets put on medication that makes her throw up, and she’s still wetting the bed.
I go to a different vet and they put her on antibiotics, turns out it was a UTI and i went through a $500 mattress and a ton of doggy diapers for nothing 😐 every vet/vet tech that i go to immediately says they should’ve done a urine test regardless.

I loved this place. They took the best care of my Prince. He was 17 and recently had to be put down. I greatly appreciate the staff here. He was always so happy after being boarded with them, too. That's how I know they took very good care of him. Thanks everyone.

Recently purchased an older German Shepard. Decided to make Gully Animal Hospital in Grand Prairie my permanent vet.
Upon arriving, I immediately recognized the cleanliness of the clinic. Clearly a lot of time and effort is made to ensure that things are sanitary and well maintained.
The staff here is extremely respectful, informative and they take the time to listen.
Dr Gully met with me. We discussed my concerns, a treatment plan to include a neuter. All was scheduled immediately, was informative and again professional.
I highly recommend this vet. One of the best experiences with a vet that

While I was expressing my concerns about my baby's health the Doctor stops me from talking and asked me if I had a mask. (I understand in these times I definitely should have one on). She walks out of the room and brings me one back in and said okay that's gonna be a $3 dollar charge for you. Then stats she going to check his stool and leaves. This was a very transactional visit for me. Girls in the front and assistant were great but I will not be back.

I needed to take my Dachshund, Quincy to the vet on a Saturday and the vet we had used for over 15 years was booked up. It was a busy day for 2 other vets I also called. When I called Gully I was able to get an appointment for later that day. Quincy had an open wound on his upper back and needed to be seen by the doctor. At the appointment time we got in as scheduled, and the vet actually removed a cyst that had ruptured which was causing the bleeding. I got instructions for his aftecare from the doctor and again from the technician who checked us out after the appointment.
