We offer a 24-hour Licensed RN and LVN Staff for our patient treatment and care. With services that include IV Therapy, pain management, Wound Care, Medication management; our nursing staff is compassionate and caring. Our Rehabilitation Center is comprised of state of the art rehabilitation equipment accompanied with an extensively trained team led by a Geriatric Specialist and a leading Orthopedic Surgeon.
We provide entertainment 7 days a week. We provide restaurant-style fine dining for patients and numerous activities such as Karaoke, Bingo, Movie Night, Charades, Aerobics lessons, etc. We Like bringing patients and families together. Our Social Services Staff ensures the quality of life for all patients.

This place is so bad my mom left there after having 3 strokes now she's in ICU she told me that this place wasn't giving her the medication that she was in the to get daily they had her laying in a wet bed she was always hungry every time I called her I wouldn't tell anyone about this place they don't know what there doing and they are not taking care of people love ones they letting them die

Why are ya'll so cliquey and unable to see the destruction you create by sticking to your own. TOXIC. Why not try to make black friend for once in your life?

This wellness center just went through some recent upgrades. It's really clean inside and outside. The nurses and therapists are really caring- they treat their patients like family. They have staff who speak Spanish, Korean, Tagalog, and Armenian. The rehab room has state of the art equipment that you don't usually see at facilities like this. If you have to send your loved ones to a facility to get rehabilitation, I would recommend Skyline!
