If you have never received a traffic ticket, consider yourself very lucky. Receiving a ticket can be an unsettling experience. While your first reaction may be to pay off your ticket and forget it ever happened, STOP! Merely paying off a traffic ticket could have a serious impact on your driver's license record and your automobile insurance rates.
A driver's license is a privilege, not a right. Many things can lead to a suspension or revocation of your driver's license-unpaid tickets, failing to appear, pleading guilty to certain traffic offenses, etc. Your license can even be suspended for non-payment of a judgment or having an accident in an uninsured motor vehicle.
If you purchased a vehicle in North Carolina and you believe a vehicle seller has failed to disclose any of the following to you about your vehicle, you will need a copy of your North Carolina vehicle title history from the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV): salvage/total loss, flood damage, reconstructed vehicle, odometer rollback.

I was greeted on the phone by a gentleman and I do not recall his name. He was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. There was information that he provided that I never thought of. Although he was not able to do business with me because of the nature of the case he did direct me to someone else who might be able to address the situation. He was patient and honest with me through his conversation. Great service. Thank you!!

I reached out to John O'Neal regarding a legal matter when it reached a point where legal intervention was the only remaining option. After reviewing and accepting the case he worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome. While the final result wasn't what we were initially hoping for, the outcome was still acceptable and much more than I would have achieved without his help. John was always extremely responsive and thorough. I am extremely happy with his services and he'll be my first stop should I require legal assistance in the future.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
I have known John O'Neal for several years as a fellow attorney in Greensboro. I often send cases to him because I know he has a great reputation and works hard to get quality results. He is a genuinely good person, an incredibly smart attorney, and a passionate advocate for his clients.

I definitely would recommend him! I've used him 2x already and everything went smooth. I had even moved out the state and received a traffic violation there, paid him online and didnt even have to show up he took care of everything. My license had been suspended and next thing I know it was reinstated and I was able to move on. Hes very dependable he keeps in constant communication.. I only contact him to represent me. I know every case is different but everytime he represents me I've had great outcomes

Other lawyers that is giving high reviews.. for this lawyer John is only interested in guarantee wins.. which doesn't seem to me that he specialize in his field.. how would he know if he will win or not if he don't try.. thing is he get paid to win or lose.. Oh I forgot he'll only get paid if he wins I guess that's why he takes guarantee wins

Attorney O’Neal worked my case like a pro. He was able to get my over the speed limit case drop down so that I wouldn’t lose or run the risk of suspension of my CDL license. Everything he did concerning my case was handled professionally and respectfully. I would recommend him to any of my co-workers or family and friends who’s in need of an attorney who get the job done.
