Attorney Danielle G. Van Ess founded DGVE law out of her home in Hingham in September of 2008 with a vision for a new kind of law firm based on a philosophy of compassionately providing high quality, holistic legal services in a friendly and relaxed manner, in a comfortable setting, and in an environmentally conscientious way.

We empathize with how hard it is to think about these things and how painful it can feel when you disagree about some of the details. Everyone has "an estate, " that just means everything you have no matter how little or how much. Estate planning is not just for ultra high net worth individuals. Every adult needs at least a basic estate plan. We work with our clients' other trusted, professional advisors including their financial advisors, wealth managers, and accountants for a coordinated, team approach to looking out for our clients' best interests.
