Purchased 2010 Ford F-150 Lariat from Fisher Transmissions, and after driving the truck for less than 100 miles the following issues developed:
Check engine light came on with: Engine timing belt, catalytic converter. Vehicle checked by Sunoco Rt. 46 East Fairfield, NJ. Engine needs to be replaced due to failing timing belt($8,000- rebuilt), dual catalytic converter replacement cost $500(parts/labor). SUNOCO FAIRFIELD TOLD ME THEY HAD ANOTHER CUSTOMER BRING A USED VEHICLE FROM FISHER TRANSMISSION TO SUNOCO FOR A PURCHASE CHECK, AND SUNOCO ADVISED THE CUSTOMER TO NOT BUY THE

Did a great job on my transmission. super cool guys and great time frame. transmission came back super clean and pretty and they even gave me back my old synchros that are still usable! super hard to find parts for nvt350 transmission! thank you guys very much! great price aswell! My Dad has a transmission replaced at Fischer 1980....
Here we are 2020- my Moms transmission went on her 2001 Honda Civic.
I would never go anywhere else for any car repair. They have QQ cars - quite a few they work on.
