Since the first review, I've had the Mercedes back for a timing belt, the dealer wanted major $$$$, Joe came through again at a fraction of the cost.

I just took my 2009 Toyota Camry to Joe last week, replaced the rear struts and a wheel bearing. Toyota wanted over twice the price!

I am very disappointed in this place. Came here because of a constant squeak in my car. Another mechanic (which I should have gone to in the first place) said it was a bearing making the noise. This place told me that I needed two back tires -- and I believed them. Well, the squeak is still there -- and even louder! I also called them about another problem, but they never returned my call. I am highly disappointed in this place because it was recommended my friends. By the way, the owner is also a bit abrupt with his customers.

Went there for an oil change , I was in and out in 15 mins. Very professional and humble guys there. If you're around Verona, you should stop by here instead of Pep boys or any of those chain auto shops. Great service!

BEWARE! Do not bring your car here! Brought my car in for brake pad replacement and provided my own top of the line bosch brake pads. After the brake job was done my car just shakes so much when I break. Mind you, my car has barely 20k miles and did not have the problem prior to the brake job. They seemed to have messed up my rotors, but when I went back to them they refused to check it out and said 'we did what you asked us to do' and blamed it on the 'heat transfer from the new brakes' (since I provided them). My car broke down driving home out of Newark on Interstate 280 after after a long day of work, which is a nightmare in itself. Had my car towed to a local shop that I have always used in the past...however the nightmare continued as they had my car for days, telling me they could find nothing wrong. These guys are seriously the best mechanics I've ever dealt with. They always make time for you, even if their schedule is packed...they'll stay late just to get the job done. Also, they've let me order my own parts - just to prove they're not trying to make extra money off the deal.
