Lacour Family Practice PA

Dr. Lacour has been amazing these past 3 in a half years as my primary doctor. Staff has improved over the past few months as well. Very please :)

We left the Dr. And chose to go with a different clinic simply because Dr. Le Cures staff is unethical, lousy at returning phone calls, can not submit paperwork, will not call with lab results, can not get billing right, does not answer phone... aside from that she is great.

Very unprofessional. Nothing is done in a timely manner. Phones are hardly ever answered. Definitely would not recommend making this place my PCP.

If there was a way to leave zero stars I would. The Dr is great and has wonderful bedside manner. She’s attentive and very helpful. Her staff, however, is absolutely horrendous. I’ve been coming here since mid year 2017 and have had back to back issues with the staff in regards to insurance referrals, surgical paperwork, appointments, and even test results. I’ve had to wait at this office for over TWO HOURS on more than one occasion with a toddler because they were so backed up with appointments. I’m not sure if they accidentally overbooked those days or what but I had to leave and was

The Dr is amazing, however her staff is not so great. It’s hard to get someone to answer the phone or follow up with you. I understand clinics are going on, but it’s not in excuse to ignore or reject the patients that have questions, follow ups or even needing appointments.

Dr. LaCour is such a wonderful doctor. She is attentive to your needs and easy to talk too! Appointments are easy to obtain and the wait time is short! I would definitely reccommend Dr. LaCour.

Dr. LeCure is fantastic, she is helpful and understanding and really addresses your issues. My only beef is with the office staff won't return calls, wont return messages, but I believe they are working on that issue.
