I owed a significant sum to the IRS which was the result of the IRS not accepting a late filed 1040. Marty & Dena worked tirelessly to correct this error which took several years to accomplish. They were able to create a payment plan with the IRS while we waited for the IRS to accept the corrected return. They saved my mental health in the process too. Great folks and firm! I can't thank them enough.

Just finishing up what I considered a very complicated situation. Martelle Law Offices made it all seem less complicated throughout the whole process and so it became less and less stressful for me.
Melody was there for me to talk to at any time and was extremely helpful and kind while answering questions and keeping me informed.

Melody was great and very helpful through a difficult time. They were able to answer my questions and concerns with compassion and understanding for my situation.

We were charged a $1000 retainer for Mr. Martelle to look into a tax manner. after research that couldn't have taken more than a couple of hours we were told to sit tight until the statute of limitations ran out. In the meantime, he did nothing to pursue financial damages that we suffered. Now that statute ran out we need to file suit out of state. We asked for refund of retainer that wasn't used. Were told it is a flat fee and no refund was due and they owed no more action on our behalf. So we were essentially charged $1000 for about 2 hours work. I wuld avoid this office

I was very apprehensive when I first approached Martelle Law Offices because of my lack of experience when dealing with legal matters but they have been very kind and helped me all along the way to make it seem less ominous. Melody has been available to answer all my questions and put me a ease. I truly appreciate their concern and personal service.

Excellent service from staff. Chris (who recently left) was an excellent attorney who provided excellent counsel all along the way. Melody provided her expertise in gathering and ensuring our case was complete and ready to go. She was always available for questions. Hailey was always courteous on the telephone, and always met us with a smile in the office!

Don't use this firm. All they care about is the getting your money and pushing you through the assembly line. They don't explain things and are not thorough when filing. An error was made when they filed my chapter 7 and when I asked for help to fix it they wanted to try and charge me more money. There are better options!!!
