Your website states that the retainer is non refundable, but what if my baby is sick and we can't make it to our session? Although the retainer is non-refundable, it is transferable as long as you get in touch with me right away and you remain in communication with me about the situation. You will have 6 months to apply the session fee to a future session.
Although I prefer to shoot in the studio so that I have complete control over the weather, lighting conditions and access to all my props & backdrops, I do offer outdoor on location sessions at a park near the studio for maternity and family sessions. A maternity photography session is typically photographed when the mommy-to-be is between 32-36 weeks. However, as a maternity photographer I encourage clients to schedule their maternity session for when they feel most comfortable being in front of the camera. These sessions are then photographed either at my Garner, NC, studio or a park nearby.
Newborn photography sessions are photographed in the morning hours at my residential studio located in Garner, NC, typically before baby is two weeks old. Here I have complete access to my props, backdrops & equipment as well as control over the light and the climate. This allows me to guarantee the newborn session will be able to go on as planned, without allowing any outside factors to prevent me from shooting the session.
Baby Milestone Sessions are designed to capture the important milestones your baby accomplishes throughout their first year. These sessions will be photographed in my residential studio located in Garner, NC. Before your session we will talk about what type of wardrobe will work best for your session.
1st Birthday/Cake Smash sessions are among my favorite to photograph! As a matter of fact, it was after my now 10 year old son's first birthday cake smash session, that I decided to turn my little photography hobby into a business. These sessions will be photographed in my studio, located in Garner, NC which allows me complete control over the weather and lighting as well as access to all my props, backdrops and equipment.
