Services
Texas Family Healthcare is proud to offer a wide array of health and wellness services to our patients, including multiple allergy treatment options, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement, and Low-T Therapy. TFHC also offers many different types of preventative care such as physicals, including yearly, back to school, and sports physicals.
Our Cash rates allow our patients to receive the same treatment from their Primary Care provider, starting at $160 for office visits. This means no copay, no deductible, and that the patient pays in full before leaving. Come in to see a provider for any one of these non-catastrophic reasons: yearly check-up, a nagging flu, a twisted wrist, an aching stomach, and several other minor symptoms.

I have been seeing Dr. Henry at Texas Family Healthcare for over 15 years now. He is wonderful and the service and medical care has always been fantastic. I love the fact that they have onsite x-ray, blood draw, and other tests which means that I don’t need to go make separate visits to blood draw centers or imaging centers.
I was surprised to see a few negative reviews about Texas Family Healthcare. While I can’t comment on those particular instances, I can say that I have received excellent care there for many years now and have never had those problems.

Abort! Abort! Do not go see Dr. Amby!!!!
These guys have twice now told me one price at the office then turned around, after I paid in full, and demanded more money. They make up random charges they won't give you any information on and then claim "the doctors did something beyond what you paid for".
I went in and paid almost $200 just to have the doctor listen to me for 5 mins and then order an MRI.
My next visit, to simply get the MRI results, they told me I owed $114 for this visit and $50 from my last one! When I asked why and for a list of charges the staff got extremely rude and just wanted

Avoid at all costs. I was recommended this place by Medical City.
Childish behavior coupled with overcharging and double charging services while lying in the first place about how they would be priced makes this place more of a criminal scam rather than a healthcare center. Their billing department refused to answer any real questions I had about billing and ignored my calls afterwards.
They had me waiting for two hours after checking in on time to a completely empty lobby. Service was slow even in a clearly vacant office space and the professionals' communicated knowledge of any medical conditions

If there was an option for 0 stars I would leave it. The staff is extremely childish here without any regards to the customer. They are transferring me to a voicemail and giving me different names for the supervisor when I ask who the office manager is. This staff needs to be monitored and calls regarded so you can see for yourself why you have such poor reviews. Olivia and Charlotte in particular. I would like to be contacted by the actual office manager please.

Horribly run operation. Doctors are always nice, and some of the nurses are very nice, but they are terrible about getting any prescriptions called in, and it’s impossible to talk to someone who cares when you call in and there’s a problem. They love to try to send you to the black hole called the nurses Voicemail where they never listen to messages. I’ve wasted copious amounts of time trying to have something corrected that was screwed up. It’s been going on for years, and I’ve finally has enough of their poor management. Been a patient there for 15 years, but am done for good now!
