If you want to gauge how reputable a shop is just ask the other waiting customers in the shop. Every time I'm in the waiting room at Bee Line Brakes I converse with others and they all seem to say the same thing, that there either been coming here for years, or they know Danny, or his father and wouldn't go anywhere else. I like that.!

I dropped my car off & they gave me a call an hour later to tell me the extent of the damage to my brakes/brake pads & hearing the price definitely made me cringe. Compared to other repair shops, their price was one of the better ones & bc I work next door, I knew I could follow up if needed.

I have been modifying my Jeep to tow behind a motorhome by adding a remotely operated braking system which is required in many states. I ran into trouble because the brake peddle traveled too far, almost to the firewall, this prevented adding parts to make the system work. I took the jeep to BeeLine and asked if there was anything that could be done about this issue. Not only did they take the Jeep right in for service, they replaced worn brakes, corrected 2 unknown problems and solved the peddle problem. All this for well under their quote! Over the top customer service here. They spent over two hours working on my 1970s RV alignment and then realized that my RV needed some steering repairs that they aren't equipped to do. Then two things happened that never happen - they referred me to another place that was equipped to help me with my particular need and then charged me NOTHING, even though they completely fixed my alignment! Why? They knew that after my needed steering repairs, I'd need to have the alignment redone. In other words, they lost money on my visit (since they need to pay the tech who worked on my vehicle

This was my first time using BeeLine after hearing from a lot of the locals that this was a reliable and quality shop to have my alignment done. They were fast, professional, and were knowledgeable on the alignment specs for my 2002 Honda S2000 that is lowered on Fortune Auto coilovers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trust worthy place to align their modified vehicle.

Quick shout out. These guys are the BEST. After purchasing lift kit & wheels specifically designed to fit my 2002 disco 2 yrs ago I had the lift put on by my LR mechanic & wheels & new tires installed by Costco. Drove very little during Covid. Resumed driving last month suddenly had terrible shaking at 40 to 50mph. Mechanic, costco, 4x4 specialists, all no clue. Mechanic suggested alignment. Took to Beeline. Just looking thru my OLDDD reviews and still shaking my head on this one: the irresponsible and childish response from the owner. No, this car was never in an accident as he claim (I am the original owner) and key points are that: the damage was done in their hands (who returns a car more damaged then it was left? ??) and they took back their offer to own up to it, while still charging the full price for their alignment job. No integrity. No professionalism.... y would you do business with such folks???

I could hear the wear indicators on my Kia Sportage, and knew it needed front pads. The service technician agreed, and also told me the rear pads were fine. He informed me of the depth measurement (in millimeters) for each of the pads as part of his routine service. Yes, the fronts were gone, no, the rears were fine. This is honest service, hard to come by.

They are the best there is. They went out of their way for me to accommodate with the issues i was having with my car due to delivering newspapers everyday. they helped me get Toyota parts at reasonable cost and got my car fixed correctly and quickly.
