Top notch service. Starter went out. Needed O2 sensor. Called and scheduled for a week out. Was told if I could get it towed there, if there was a cancellation, they might get to it early. I called one of the recommended Tow drivers (Chris's). Vehicle left my places at Noon. I was called a couple hours later that there was a cancellation, and given the cost. I gave the go ahead, and at 4:00 received the call my vehicle was done. Picked it up before their 5:00 close. I was without a vehicle for less than a day!

The service given to me today by Bill and his staff was second to none in the muffler shop industry. I stopped by to have him check the noise from the muffler. They took a look underneath and explained the issue. Gave me a quote and asked if I wanted it done today. My reply was 'yes' and within a reasonable amount of time it was done. I was VERY impressed and would recommend this business to anyone. From the price, to the service and their expertise made the experience excellent!

Top notch service. They repaired and replaced wiring in my door to get my power windows operational. I had to schedule the day for repairs, and they were done that day before 3. Also tested the complete electrical system.

What can you say about a mechanic that does a good job and doesn't try to rip you off? These guys are the best. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, I take all my vehicles here for service. Today I asked them to inspect my car after a minor fender bender. Lesser shops would see dollar signs and start fleecing my insurance. They gave me a green light and didn't even charge me to check it out.

I recently had to get my front right sway bar repaired. The day that I took it in to get repaired was one of the fastest, most pleasant experiences I have had working with an auto repair center. Bill was able to get my car in and fixed within 3 hours. Very fair pricing as well. Would recommend to anyone needing a quality fix!!

Scheduled an appointment one week in advance for MUFFLER work. Dropped of my vehicle on day of appointment. They called me and told me it would cost me over $825. I said "NO thank you" and went to pick up my vehicle. Then they told me come back in Thursday and they'll look at it again. ???? Really???
Took my vehicle to Exhaust Pros in Wisconsin Rapids the next day (no appointment) and got it fixed for under $150.
Checks is only looking to scam you and make everything an inconvenience even when you schedule a week in advance.
