So sad. Called to retain Briana Steven for a child support case, but her assistant failed to express empathy for my situation and rushed me off the phone. Since the only real discussion was the hourly rate, I found the initial phone call distasteful. The front line - paralegal or otherwise, is an integral part of the potential decision of representation.

The worst experience of my life . Never would I recommend the firm or individually Trip Franklin . As far as my case went it was all he could drain out of me with nothing in return . Our little town system of Shenandoah valley is good old boy system . Commissioners were were appointed and one of them had even wrote a personal check to my partner for work performed from my business . Those attorneys never disclosed this to me . The judge setting on the bench did nothing . My recommend to anyone get a out of town law firm far away from the valley . I was taken severely and I’m permanently handicapped
