Kay Cross, the sole lawyer at H. Kay Cross, PLC, began her practice in the estate planning and estate and trust administration area of law soon after her 1995 graduation from George Washington University Law School, in Washington, DC. Kay also assists her clients with related legal issues, such as elder law, small business planning, and some real estate work.
Kay lives in beautiful White Hall, Virginia with her numerous dogs as well as an array of foster dogs who come and go on a regular basis. Kay serves on the Board of Directors of the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA. She is an instrument rated private pilot and does frequent rescue flights for Pilots and Paws and other rescue organizations.
