Randy's Service Station

Dropped a single tire off there and was told it would be done in a day or two. No big deal, two weeks go by no response. I call up there and they didn’t have the tire done and proceeded to ask me what type of tire I wanted when I already told them the first time. Okay it will be ready in a day or two, no big deal. Another two weeks go by and no… response. I call up there again and they locate my tire and apparently its done. My girlfriend goes and picks it up today and the guy and girl at the counter were extremely rude. I will definitely not be returning to this place. A single tire

Home fuel oil only - communication was horrible. Called to establish account and delivery on Monday. Was told it would be Tu/Wed. No issues. Called Th when not delivered, they assumed driver has ticket and is out for delivery. I call Friday, cause Th didn’t happen….. after so checking I hear the owner decided I was too far away to deliver to. Okay, but guess he did that M/Tu and no one bothered to let me know. Just some questions to ask!

So disappointed in Randy's. Dropped of two sets of snow tire change overs the last few weeks and was treated well and charged $72. I felt comfortable sending my wife up today to drop off a set of 14 in snow tire changeovers. when I got home I asked how much they charged her and she told me $124. Totally took advantage of my wife on that. called to get an explanation and was told it is what it is.

I had a flat while out of town, right before closing time. I made it into his parking lot. He put my spare on and hooked me up with the best tire place in town. He has a huge ❤, I would recommend this business. H

As a dumpster rental company owner/operator, I go through a lot of tires in the landfill. I’ve used them since the start of last year and you can’t beat the prices & service. Tyler always gets us taken care of with all of our tire needs. I have also used the towing division 3 times and they reflect the same great service as the tire department. Support local businesses!

Called to ask to connect me to auto, she said she would take a message for them since there was only 2 of them working, no problem i will take my money elsewhere. Not waiting days for my message to reach auto and then maybe get called back if it ever reached said location.

Called to make appointment to spend money for 4 new tires. $250 a piece, $1000 and they said they would call me back and never did.

Was stranded on the shoulder of the road with a blown out front tire on my motor home they were there in the 45 minutes time they promised and a very hard working young man mounted a new tire on my coach right there on the spot . Decided to drive back to Randy’s to have the other front tires replaced also and was immediately taken care of those guys saved my vacation trip

I want to thank Randy's for their quick service. My husband road his Harley to Easyrider Rodeo in Fowlerville. I followed in our RV since my foot is broke and can't ride mine. When we got to fairgrounds we realized the inner tire in the rear was flat. We called around for someone to come out to us and fix it. Randy's guy showed up and fixed the broken Valve stem. He was here within 30 mins from the call and made sure that was the only problem we had. Thanks so much Randy's for great service

Price was very reasonable. All staff were courteous and helpful. Mabel was really friendly.

I found the whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. They were just rude - plain and simple.

When we hit a pothole today, the tire went flat and the rim was bent beyond repair... Randy’s not only towed the van back to their station, but let us use their personal vehicle so we could get our snow tires/rims back at our house! $75 well spent! I felt they treated us like family. I was stunned! We’re always bringing our vehicles to them from now on.

True One stop shop. Randy's quickly ordered 4 Comerical Construction Tires. Had their mobile service truck and technician install the tires at my house. Very pleased with the work and quick time frame for installation along with the total price. The mobile service technician is a great guy and communicated with me through the entire process. I would recommend Randy's to anyone looking for tires or mobil repair work. Happy customer here!

Only place I go to get tires or wheels put on my vehicles. Fast service, quality work, and far better prices than every other tire shop. Also for gas they're cheaper than every other station in Fowlerville. There's a reason generations of local people refuse to go anywhere else.

Mom was in an accident less than a mile from our house, they towed to there service station. Never gave me anything more than a business card which I had to ask for. Called about my car a few days later to find out they want $460 for me to take my totaled car or pay them a $180 tow bill and sign over my title. So not only did I loss my car to them… it still cost me the tow bill. Also Randy wasn’t available when I called or was there in person. Hand out billing information at time of towing so that your customers aren’t so shocked over the bill. I guess you have to worry about
