We have had my son’s truck there a few times. It’s an older diesel truck. Every time, Roy’s has been great to work with. Communication is excellent! They are always fair on pricing, I never feel like I’m being charged too much. They get the repairs done quickly and everyone is so nice to work with. This is the only place we take the truck to, we even have it towed over an hour to get it there 😊

My wife took the car in to be inspected, they never pressured her or talked to her in a way that was disrespectful and never down to her. We requested an inspection and outside of what they needed to do they filled the window washing fluid.(it is the little things that go a long way) It is these things that leave us feeling confident in taking our vehicles back to them. It has been very rare to experience such professional and quality customer service, strongly recommend Roy’s.

The shop is clean, professional, and beyond helpful. I went in to get my new wheels and tires mounted and balanced a couple days ago and I am extremely happy with the results, not a scratch on my wheels! I wasted a weeks worth of time trying to find a shop that would do this for me but everyone, besides Roy’s, denied my business due to my tires being slightly too narrow for my wheels but Roy’s did it with no problem for a great price! I will be back for an alignment and for any other work I need done, I won’t go anywhere else and you shouldn’t either!

I knew, taking my vehicle to Roy's, that they were going to produce high quality work. Even so, they far exceeded my expectations. They are professional, timely, caring and kind. They even have a free ride service that drove me all the way back to my home in Lansing when I didn't have a ride back. This place is more than just an engine shop.
